Casa Venado sits on a beautiful half acre site inside the Hacienda Pinilla/JW Marriott Resort and Residential Community. It is a wonderful home located at walking distance (300 yards) from a small privately accessed beach. The open floor plan allows for spacious interiors, which include a dining room, living room and fully equipped kitchen. The house has four bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom.
This two story house has two Master suites, each with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. The first-floor master suite allows for direct access to the private pool, it’s private bathroom is spacious and equipped with his and her sinks, and indoor and outdoor shower. The ample second-floor Master bedroom opens to a small balcony where you can enjoy the view of the pool and the Costa Rican tropical nature.
